In theory it's supposed to go to the sponsor. In my case, I received it (I was the PA). I've seen some people mention getting AOR e-mails at both addresses.

The TLDR: Check all e-mails associated with the application on a regular basis.

CIC received our app on March 7 2017, until now no AOR1. Is it too early to expect for an AOR? I have seen some getting an AOR1 in just 10days.

that's so strange.! my application was received on the 14 of march , I am hoping to get AOR1 any time soon...let's wait and see who gets the email me ( the sponsor) or my wife (PA)

I guess it takes any wheres between 10 days to a month to get the AOR1 , Keep an eye on your spam folder too though.

Hello guys, the status of sponsorship has changed to decision made in ECAS and application in process they didn't say if my wife is approved to sponsor me yet. Is there any positive signs.

Hi guys! My husband (PA) received an email yesterday, March 22nd, with his application and UCI number and we successfully linked it on CIC website. But there's nothing in there, no request to upload the Sched A and Police certificate. Does anyone know the average time before we receive the request to upload Sched A?

I remember reading a related question like this. As far as I remember, the officer will not waste his/her time making a file in their system if they will just return the application.

Wow congrats! There is still hope i guess. I am still waiting, 16 days since our app was received.
