I dont agree with this as mine has been in progress since july 10. Thats 6 months

also New Delhi visa office is currently handing out final PPRs for March applicants whose BCG has been in progress for a while; this one is a very visa office specific thing and I think the poster is from NDVO which is why the prediction

Background check... just try not to get peoples hopes up as you cant say definitively
