Yes I am in the same situation. I had received notice 2 months ago that I needed to provide further proof that I as the sponsor would be moving back to Canada which I did but haven't heard any response since then.

Hey all!

I'm still waiting, but my husband just received an email from the VO requesting an RCMP check so I'm hoping once that's in things will move quickly! Another São Paulo applicant a few weeks ahead of me just got the passport request so fingers crossed!

You are welcome Worldtrade. In most cases, the expiration date of the visa is as at when the medicals expire. My visa expires in January so is my medical results. The good news is that her flight can be booked immediately she receives the PP and/or the CORP.

I applied for my wife in march 24. 2016. By that time i did not hear anything from cic. I also tried to link my application. But it did not go through. Online status shows that medical results have been received. What i can do. Pls suggest

My wife pr file is under process and thinking to apply TRV for her online. She is not working and don't have any property papers on her name, living with my parents.

I know people who applied for TRV with the same situation as your wife and none of them got their visa. But you can try your luck if you are both really eager to have it. Good luck
