My partner received his COPR in the mail on July 9. Passport request was June 10 and sent it to the LVO on June 28. Good luck to the rest of the applications.

I think your right because in first i had just 2 lines like that

Permanent Residence

1. We received XXXXXXXXXXX's application for permanent residence on March 1, 2016.
2. Medical results have been received.

and after an update cic add line 3

3. We started processing XXXXXXXXXXX's application on April 28, 2016.

Mailed: April 22, 2016 (via CanadaPost Xpress Post)
Delivered: April 25, 2016
Credit Card Charged: April 29, 2016
Approved: May 20, 2016 (according the approval letter)
Received Approval: May 27, 2016 (via Canada Post- snail mail)

My wife finally received an email from Manila VO asking for medical and it is to be done this Friday. They also asked for more personal history dating back from 2006 to 2014. Hoping for a quick and smooth process.

How much time is to be expected after they have received the medical? and what comes next after medical?

Oops, sorry for not being clear. My wife received an email asking for her personal history (2006 to 2014) and my (sponsor's) advisory on marriages from the census. Yes they did attach a personal history form for my wife to fill up.

Then the next day they emailed again, this time a form for medical.

I haven't posted in a while but here is roughly our timeline to date:

March 10: CIC Received application
April 4: Started Processing
April 5: AOR 1
May 19: Began processing applicants file
June 15: Received SA via email following several calls to the office (many of which got no where) as well as a previously request for information from our MP. Requested medical.

The medical was completed this past Thursday and sent to the Dakar office (took a while due to Ramadan). I'm hoping the process from here on out is swift.

we finally received our SA and application forwarded to my Visa office.
we now have the third line and fourth where they have requested for some more documents..
I hope all goes well.

Well we received Aor2 on 2nd May, nothing since....it is so hard to wait..New Delhi visa office is really slow....hope they speeds up....
We need to keep our faith strong, all goes as per HIS plan...God Bless
