I logged in to eCAS today with the receipt number...

Application received March 21.
Medicals received.

I'm okay now, I can finally breathe after holding my breath for two months. :D

I was finally able to log into ECAS today.

We received your application to sponsor <spouse> on March 16, 2016.
We started processing your application on May 3, 2016.

Nothing about them receiving medicals or anything. So I take it this is not SA yet.

there are two places you can click.. "in progress" and "application received" ... medical received might be on the right side one.

No mine is only AOR1, I have only "Application Received" as a clickable box and this is what it said. Application Received March 21, Medical received. As far as I can tell they haven't even started to process ours.

Under Sponsorship Application Status
"in process" is what I posted.

Under Permanent Resident Application Status
"application received"

Permanent Residence
We received <spouse's> application for permanent residence on March 16, 2016.

some progress at the least after almost 2 months not hearing from them.

my AOR is April 22, CIC received March 29.. My wife did medical back in March 15. we did upfront medical.. put a copy of the Emedical with barcaroles in the application.. our ecast did show medical received. not sure if that makes any difference.

Hello,

My eCas "Medical Received" status took 2-3 days to appear even after receiving AOR1. Just keep checking, once you included the medical barcode printout it should show up.

Good luck with your application!

Got an email requesting documents today - hoping that my FBI check comes in soon! Mailed it back in February, but had some issues with my Payment form...crossing fingers for fast processing!

Yijiequ, I have the same timeline as yours. Have you received your SA?
I have been checking my e-mails so frantically but nothing so far....

Yes, our case waa pretty straightforward. I'm from the US but have been living with my sponsor(born citizen) using visitor visas since 8/2013... Neither of us have medical or criminal history, and no children. He is 9 years older than me and had a previous marriage(to a CA citizen) so those are the only red flags I could think of. I also didn't include any chat logs or phone bills which I was worried about.

We are not legally married so we filed common-law and the proof we gave: 3 joint leases, joint bank account, letters of support from friends and family, taxes filed as common-law since 2014, and standard proof of relationship stuff. CPC-Ottawa also asked for an IMM5409 which we provided. Hope this helps. :D

Now I just have to hope it's my CoPR in the mail and not a rejection letter... 46 days seems so quick I am truly afraid it could be bad!

Congrats...and don't worry it is positive, you will receive COPR soon...

Hello March 10 applicant here.

I haven't received SA email or AOR2 yet but I called in couple of days ago and I was told that eligibility was approved (did the agent mistakenly say eligibility instead of sponsorship or she truely meant eligibility). I was also told that file was transferred or being transferred to India.

Ecas status has changed to in process for PR side but only 2 lines. First about date application received and second about medical results received.

Not sure what to make of all this.
