Did your ECAS change to Decision Made before you received your CoPR? Or you received the CoPR before it updated on ECAS?

Congratulations!

Hi I was trying to pay for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online and it doesn't seem to accept my debit card and I dont have a Credit card. I rang the bank to see if I could use the Interac online option and they said that my card was to new as they are trying to faze out interac online.

So I don't know how else to pay for this, anybody have a solution?

creditcard only.. i think after April, that's what they decided to.. can you borrow someone's creditcard.. anything. i mean not even necessary to be a canadian cc.

Thanks yijiequ, guess thats the only solution, just a nuisance really.

I read it on my application online; back then they allow you to go to Canadian banks to pay there. but i guess that's too inefficient.
