According to call center, I got SA on 2nd May. And they sent letter confirming SA on 18th May. I still haven't received the letter though.

AOR was email, and SA is regular mail (told by call center, which kind of makes sense because i would've gotten it by now if it was sent by email).

I still have not had any contact with CIC. No AOR1 or 2, and no SA letter or email, and no UCI#. I can track with the reciept number, so I'm not at all worried. But we still have nothing at all from CIC. App was received March 21.

hmm. that makes sense indeed.. really good.. the call centre agent told me mine case is still in process .. i am close to 60 days. no SA. i asked the help of my MP last Tuesday. nothing comes back yet... ahhh.

SA comes in email (its kind of a letter attached to an e-mail). For DM I guess most USA applicants (those processed in Ottawa) are super fast. Delhi ones might still end up waiting longer but seen some exceptions lately, especially those in Feb/March. But who knows what they will do next.

Hello All,

I just logged online. Although i still haven't SA approval but the permanent residence application status has changed to "In Process". SO now both: Sponsorship application status and permanent residence application status are in Process.

What am i supposed to think? Have they approved sponsor?

When I logged on this morning I smiled by looking at this but then again don't want to keep my hopes high.

AarCee.

I'm at 46 days and still don't have SA either :(. Someone who applied a few days before me just got DM (through Ottawa, where my application will be sent) and not having SA at this point is just driving me mad. Now I'm starting to worry there's some issue with my husband being approved as my sponsor.

dont worry. he has a job and file taxes like me right ? also no previous marriage.. you tell him 60 days pending.. someone from Nanaimo, not far away from him.. i will let you know right away, when i receive a SA. i heard it might come with a snail mail instead.

Yeah, he has a job. The only thing that makes me paranoid is he was on disability for a while, but he's never taken out welfare so it should be fine

Got my SA on 21 april and AOR2 on 2nd May. Updated on the spreadsheet.
I applied TRV via paper at chd vfs on 4th may. No news yet.

I read somewhere on the forum that VO's have been trained to work on step A, B, C.. Simultaneously rather than one after other.
That explains shorter processing or SA and DM withim short time.
Hope you receive the mail soon.

Yijiequ does a previous marriage have a hand in a delayed SA. In our case a copy of the divorce decree was asked and we uploaded the document immediately. we are at 74days and still patiently waiting for the SA. The thought of it really suffocates. ???
