in mailing my form, do i need to have it in priority and tracked? is there an advantage using courier than using the regular canadapost?

. The best way of putting 4 applications in one envelop. Is It better to clip each person papers? Or use sub-envelops for each one and then all in a bigger envelop? How do prevent papers mixup?

. And for payment receipt, we need to pay total amount for family once, but do we need to attach a coppy of this receipt to individual file, or just one copy is enough?

I have it organized and properly labeled. I don't think you need to put in additional envelops as this will make the package bulkier. For the receipt, one copy of the receipt is enough for the entire family.

I had it in clips. Again, I don't think that really matters. You can use staples or otherwise. What's more important are the contents.

I agree with heatspine. One additional help is to put in a table of contents as part of organizing your application documents.

It's better for you to comeback to the studio to have it stamped. i'ts too risky to send that photo without the proper stamped as per the instructions.
