My online status was updated to decision made the day after the test.

I guess you didn't realize that CIC will send you a Oath letter in January, otherwise you would have called them earlier.

Tomorrow is the big day for us! Oath Ceremony. I still can't believe this is happening, after so many ups and downs and not knowing how ling it will take after the RQ was issued.

I am just wondering, can someone give me a quick overview on what happens during the ceremony?
Do we have to be there before the time on the invitation/ I remember for the test, we were there 30 min before and waited for 30 min as they only let people into the building at exactly the time on the invitation.

So nervous and excited!

Also, there was just recently that the status in ecas changed to "invitation to oath ceremony". It was not even there about 4 days ago when I checked last.
They really do change status on any day, not just on Tuesdays as they say.

un update on my case . after 3months ++ , rcd CIT 0520 with lot of written requests under OTHER......

Finally received oath invite yesterday from CIC-St. Clair.

Ceremony on March 30th.

The letter was dated 3/16 but eCas still shows invitation to test. The status was changed to DM on Feb 5th.

Took almost exactly a year - End of a long journey!

Finally received oath invite yesterday from CIC-St. Clair.

Ceremony on March 30th.

no update for me either, sent an email to my MP last week, just heard back from the MP's Office saying that my application was assigned to an agent in Feb 19, 2016 for review. not sure what doesn't mean

I don't remember encountering comments section. Just write that you want an update on your case.

Hi guys.
Its my first time on this forum.

Here's my timeline.
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on March 31, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 9, 2015.
We started processing your application on June 25, 2015.

Still no test date and no correspondence at all!

When I call, they tell me they can't give me any information until processing time has passed.

I'm tired of waiting.
