I got the notice by mail yesterday morning and checked our Ecas last night,still no update.

Just checked e-cas last night, the test letter was dated Nov 30 and the oath letter was dated Dec 2, even before he wrote the test

We started processing your application on June 22, 2015.
We sent you a notice on November 30, 2015 to appear and write the citizenship test on December 10, 2015 at 10:15 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
We sent you a letter on November 30, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
We sent you a notice on December 2, 2015 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on December 11, 2015 at 9:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
I suspect it's because the test and ceremony are being held at a "Regional itinerant service" centre, not a CIC office. People are sent to Sudbury from all over Northern Ontario (as far as Moosonee!) so it makes more sense to do everything all at once.
