my ecas was updated when file was transferred. but the line disappeared.
and just got the letter today . 06/23/2015. the letter was dated on 06/19/2015.

Same here. My ECas was updated when the file was transferred to the Vancouver office but then the line disappeared and never returned. My new status is the test date and time but haven't received the letter yet even though it says it was mailed 4 days ago.
