Yeah traveled 6 times in last 4 years. But, don't think they check travel history at this early stage.

Yep, I believe initial triage is for completeness of relevant documents.

Content will be scrutinized later on.

Thanks for your quick reply , I guess the increased fees made some change .
I advise you to color copy all pages in your passport and translate all stamps and be ready , they are moving very quick now , probably hired more officers to process more applications.

Hi I am a a March Applicant and I need your help desparately. I am applying for my wife, daughter and myself. We travelled outside Canada from Dec 12th 2014 Till Jan 5 th 2015. I got an Entry Stamp/Seal while enterring Canada but we just found out that my wife and Daughter didnt get the stamp showing the date of Entry. I am eligible since 15th March and I am completely lost about it, because all my friends sent the pages of the passport with exit and entry stamp and I understand that after the written exam during the short interview they actually check for these entry exit stamps. I am freaking out. My questions to you all seniors and who got situations like thse :

1.Should I get copies of CSBA report and attach with this application?
2. How long will it take to get it?\
3. Will it be an issue in the mind of the case officer if they see that i have asked for the CSBA report? Should I include with my application?
4. Is it common for people to not get these stamps often?
5. Would they accept the entry/ exit stamp of my country?

Pls help.

For 1,2 and 3 - CIC specifically mentioned not to get the CBSA report. You just need to give your consent in the application for CIC to get the CBSA report.
4. I also don't have the stamp when I entered Canada. It should be ok. Make sure you capture all your travel history in last 4 years outside Canada in your application.
5. They will. But not required to attached the entry/exit stamps in your application. You just need to attach the biographic pages from your passport, not all pages. Your original passport and entry/exit stamps will be checked by the CO during the interview.

Just joined this club! I've sent my application package via Xpresspost today, which means it will go out on March 23rd.

I was eligible to apply the day after March 3, but also gave a good buffer. I've traveled to Europe, and had some business trips to the USA that moved my eligibility date.

Here we go!!

We just received our AOR emails (2A + 1C).

Congrats!!!

We received two emails today (for 3 applications, 2 adults and 1 minor) that stated: acknowledge receipt of your application. Is that the AOR?

I am just wondering because I thought getting the AOR is the first hurdle and when you received that, that means your application went through the first control and seems ok?

It seems so fast, i did nto expect thsi to happen so quick. Anyways, happy about this.

AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt, so yes.
