Why it is the case that we have two topics for March 2015 applicant? Two groups who don't like to talk to each other, I guess ?!!
Honestly, this is becoming ridiculous >:( Having a unified thread for all March applicant is just common sense. Don't you agree?

Advise to all , don't forget to sign your 2 photos , almost forgot to do it .

Where does it say that we need to sign? What I got from the guide is we only need to print our names .

Source: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/photospecs-cit.asp

Requirements
•Provide two (2) identical citizenship photographs (except Renunciation applications, where only one (1) photo is required.)
•Your photographs must comply with the specifications below. If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.
•Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.
•Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos
•Print the name of the person on the back of the photos.

I didn't sign my photos, their was no mention of that in form instructions by CIC. Photos are marked by photographer for dates, and i have put them in separate envelopes and attached envelope to individual forms using Paper clips. Also i have application for 1 adult and 1 child, its difficult to mix up pictures.

But will it still be issue?

Thanks for ur responses.

I did not sign mine, it is not on the requirements. What is required is to print the name on the back.

Thanks for ur response guys

But I think i missed the instruction saying print name on back of photo, and i didn't put even the names.

But photographer has put his stamp on photographs along with date. Also their is full address and phone number of photographer on envelope.

Will forgetting names on photograph be an issue?

I'm a single applicant I forgot to print my name on the photo but i got the AOR. not sure for family application though . maybe the print name is just there just in case they mixed up the photo.

I have applied for my entire family. We didn't sign or write the name on the back of the photos. But I put the photos in an envelop separately for each person and wrote the name on the envelop. I hope that's acceptable as that's what I did when I renewed my PR (applied Oct 3, 2014 and received new PR cards on Feb 8, 2015). Let's see if this creates any issue.

There are two March 2015 threads, maybe let's keep only one?
I also updated the spreadsheet with my details.
Good luck everyone! :D

Hey pelipeli,

Good to note that you've obviously sorted your problems. Good luck on your application.

Thanks asagalen. I think we should just ignore the other thread until it sinks down.

Applying today...joining the march bandwagon......sending in a family of four application package...from Calgary....

I got a clear file with four sections, and put each person's individual papers in each section with detailed labelling...
