WE GOT DECISION MADE AT LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It only took them 2 weeks rather than 4-6 weeks like for the others, to reach their decision after I sent the passport.
I hope my story will inspire other people trying to get a visitor visa while their spouse is a Canadian, or people applying from tough VO's like Singapore, that as long as you have a strong and through application, you can overcome anything.
They said to me, it's impossible to get a TRV for your spouse if she's married to you. Well, she got a mulitple TRV for life of passport!
They said to me, it's going to be a 30 month wait for your wife to get PR because she's from Singapore VO, but it looks more like 7 months (it would've been 6 months if she didn't visit me for a month on her TRV).
But I'm here today to say to anyone out there, who's doubtful or fearful about their application, I just say to them, give it your best effort and send in lots of proofs (I went completely insane and overboard with my proofs), and good things will happen!
A big thanks to the people on the March 2014 thread, and this forum in general, for all the helpful hints and tips. I never knew about things such as FBI channelers not accepted, TRVs require substantial proof of returning home, and what red flags triggers interviews. I really couldn't have done it without this forum.
