My E-CAS changed to “In process” on March 31.
RPRF request came on 9 April (paid same day).
"Decision Made" status came on 15 April.

So that's pretty much 2 calendar weeks. I hear from these forums the decision can be delayed if CIC have to do extensive background checks and delve deeper for any reason. Good luck!

Thanks Allee. Congratulations that your waiting is almost over.

Guys , I got the PPR today . Happy. Got this request 2 days after ecas status changed to In Process and paid the RPRF fee. Good luck for others who is waiting still. I got into final stage exactly after 1 year .

Not sure if anyone is updating the spreadsheet still, but if so, I received my CPR in the mail yesterday (22 April).

It was 16 business days between my E-CAS status changing to "In Process" and having the CPR in hand. (Meds were done upfront, RPRF was paid same day as the request, I'm visa exempt so didn't need to send my passport.) I'm in Canada already so will go cross the US border in a few weeks time.

About 13.5 months for the whole process. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

eeep! I'm hoping mine comes any day now.. tomorrow will be 16 calendar days for me!

So our time line took about 13 months.

We are living in Toronto from Jan 2012 under a work permit, we summated our application in March 2014. We are both from the UK so we did not need a visa.
Applications Submitted 03 March 2014
Police Checks requested for the UK & Canada 02 September 2014
Police Checks requested for India 4 March 2015
Medical Request 9 March 2015
Medical Completed 17 March 2015
COPR received 20 April 2015
Landed 25 April 2015

We decided to Land at Rainbow Bridge, Niagara. We set off at 6am from DT Toronto and got to the bridge for 7.30. We Parked the car and walked across the bridge (putting our 50c in the machine) we got to the US side, they just looked at our passports and COPR and completed a Flagpole form for the both of us. She then said all you need to do is walk back across the bridge to the Canada side and they will process the documentation.

We got back to the Canada side and the passport chap gave us a yellow slip and told us to go over to immigration. We walked over the road to immigration and there was no one around other than the immigration official.
He took out Passports and COPR - he also wanted a proof of ID (Driving licence) we were asked to sit for 10 mins then he called us over - he asked us if we have ever had a criminal record or if we had ever been refused entry to Canada - after that he took our Work Permits out of our passports and ripped them up - he put our copy of the COPR in the passport with a immigration stamp.
He told us to go and get our SIN number changed and our OHIP cards - he then said

"You are now officially Permanent Residents of Canada - Welcome to Canada Boys!!!"

Hope this helps!!!

Received RPRF this afternoon :D :D
status changed to in process 30th March 2015

Update for the spreadsheet:

“In process” as of March 31.
Meds have been received.
RPRF request: 9 April (paid same day)

I'm from a visa exempt country, so CPR should hopefully come in a few weeks. Back to the waiting game...
our application changed to "In Process" March 30th and just got our RPRF today. Good luck!
