Guys need some expert advise..!!!

Let me give some background on my case.

Current ECAS - In Process (updated today)

Inside it says:

• We received your application for permanent residence on March 26, 2014.
  
• We started processing your application on November 20, 2014.
  
• Medical results have been received
  

RPRF Paid.. Yet to receive my PPR....

I did not get Med request nor I did any Upfront Med exam for PR purpose.. But I did a med exam for my WP extension on 2013-July. Which CIC internally found and updated the ECAS as medicals received.

But inside the GCMS note (received today) it is different.


GCMS Snippet:

TOP:
APPLICATION: E****** REGULATION: CEC-2013 I have analysed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and make the following recommendation. ACTION ITEMS: - Principal Applicant: ****Current medical status: Expired (within 6 months)**** ****Meds re-evaluation requested****

At very Bottom:
MEDICALS: PA: - Current medical status: Expired (within 6 months). Valid until: 2014/07/26. Meds re-evaluation requested. - Additional information: IME# <<Some Unique Number given>> RECOMMENDATION: Appears to meet requirements

Above statement and the one in ECAS contradicts. Also I have not received any med request yet.

Can someone please advise. I'm worried so much..

Firstly don't panic.

If you are sure that your previous medicals has expired as of today. I would suggest you to go for any of the e-medicals enabled doctors office and check if you have got your medicals request by your UCI ID. If yes schedule appointment and do your medicals immediately and update CIC about it, if not do upfront medicals, coz i am sure today are tomorrow you will receive medical request for sure.

If there are no adverse results in your medicals your PPR may be delayed by few weeks but that's fine.

Dear Knnn,

It's exactly My situation :
My History :
I am feb Applicant NO MR till Sep 13 . On sep 13 ecas stats showing MR received , I was surprised , then realized last year APR 2013 i did MR with all family members CIC considered that . I was Happy.
When I received GCMS on 30 OCT it was same text written what you mentioned in your GCMS
RECOMMENDATION: Appears to meet requirements
so I did Upfront medical immediately foe all family and sent UMI # to CIC got reply form CIC saying UMI # updated in my file . Called dr and he confirmed yes Result uploaded also . Just waiting for CIC to review my MR results .
Paid Upfront RPRF casue my Elig. showed passed .
Ordered 2nd GCMS last week to check whether what Medical section is saying now (expired or some thing else).

Will update in forum once received GCMS

My recommendation for you :
1) Immediately go for upfront MR (e-medical) -(Note: I believe you have not missed any MR request mail casue in my case also They not sent any request , but in GCMS it was saying Medical requested, so don't worry about that)
2) Folow dr and make sure result sent o cic and after 10 days of MR result upload order 2nd GCMS note to see the status .

Q for you :
In your GCMS RPRF fees are showing outstanding ? In my case it was showing outstanding as I did not paid till that day but now I paing
eagerly waiting for 2nd GCMS

Hope after reading this you will be bit relaxed as you are not alone in this situatin

See bottom line is your MR expired you have to do MR .
also you can do landing from the day you did MR+ 12 month - so according to this formula how your landing will be possible ?

In fact this link which you are reffering I also gone it that time (when my MR started showing ECAS)

just go for upfront MR that;s solution

Yup waiting on my MR as well. My AOR was on April 24th. Havent heard ANYTHING from them since then Starting to get a little panicked.

I noticed a trend here. people who got an RCMP request are the same people who didn't get their MR yet!

anybody can disapprove the hypothesis by giving their own timeline. people who applied in March? anyone got RCMP request and MR?

I dono if this is helpful. I have sent out my application with the RCMP clearance. I do see in my GCMS notes on may 15 they was a mention of RCMP clearance email but they didnt send me an email.

Probably they figured out tht i had attached it in application.
