I'm in a similar boat ...

I've mailed my application on March 25, 2014.
Got email from CIO at April 17, 2014 that my application has been received.

Even since then, in the Online service, my applications status is: Application Received [ We received your application for permanent residence on March 31, 2014 ]

I wonder when (hopefully) to expect getting the request for the Medical Exam.

Guys, you shouldn't be upset. There are a lot of February applicants and some January applicants who didn't get MR. Check out February spreadsheet - only 44% got MRs. It's just CIC slowed down lately.

When did you get your Medical request and when you have done your medical? When did your ecas status added "Medical results have been received". can you please post your timeline.

Mine is also 'Application received '. I have got MR by sep 20 and my UPFRONT medicals were send to CIC by May, 2014. But still, no status change.

My timeline is in the spreadsheet. AOR - March 17th, MR Requested 24th Sept - Did the medical on the 29th pf Sept -> Medical results received today

As other people have posted, there are people who had their Application received Jan, Feb and have still not had a medical request. I have a friend who did their medical in July and has heard nothing since.
