well I am still employed and also didn't get MR yet. So it doesn't seem to be correlated. Honestly it is possibly coming down to the fact that the officer assigned our file is taking longer, or even on vacation.

It makes me feel better though that I am not alone in this.

Thanks for the reassurance. I am just going to chalk it up to that haha Not much we can do anyway right?

Yes, Fill all details and send a scanned copy to e-mail mentioned in RPRF email. You can CC CPC CTD Ottawa as well if you wanted to.
