Hi folks!!!

Happy new year 2015!!!!!!

Any hope for rprf/ppr in January. It's been more than a month since cic issued ppr's and rprf's.
I am waiting for ppr from last 2 months since I paid rprf (upon official request from cic).
I hope cic is back to work after Christmas and new year vacation.
Let's hope for good news soon!!
Congrats to those who got pr..and best of luck to others who r still waiting..

My application was received on 7th March 2014, and i received my file number on 27th March 2014, but since than there has been no communication from CIO team.

I checked my mails thoroughly as well as SPAM mails , and there is no communication from CIO.
Please guide me what to do.

Landed on Jan 1st 2015

Finally my PR journey is almost done. I landed in Calgary international airport on Jan 1st while I was travelling back to Canada,

Luckily no line up at all. Our process lasted for 5-10 mins. No question at all. Immigration customs asked us if we are bringing any stuff (jewelry, furniture etc) with us. Its an one time custom duty exemption you get when you land. So we declared some jewelry which we are planning to bring to Canada later. So immigration office gave us one time $$ limit exemption.

i have my GCMS info. Application E******* :I have analysed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and make the following recomendation FOSS/GCMS check- no adverse info. All aplicants currently old valid status in canada, no adverse info. Principal applicant currently holds valid status in canada, no adverse info. A T4 from 2012 show(s) reported earings of 2,871.09 Supporting docs appear sufficient to demonstrate required experience in this NOC code. Web-based serch applicant has acquired the 1 year work expierience and met employment requirements. No concern found. I recommend passed. langue: CELPIP submitted
REQUESTED DOCUMENTS/ACTION: all medicals generated in GCMS or waiting results
RECOMMENTATION: appears to meet requirements.
im done my medical test in oktober abd pay RPRF in november.
and first page i'm see eliglibity: in progress security not started criminaity: in progress medical: passed

order GCMS notes right now. it takes a month. likely there is something concerning the officer reviewed your application the first time. you may be able to fix it if you know what it is.

I paid RRFP upfront on Dec. 2 and emailed the receipt to the cost recovery email address on the same day. The note was generated on Dec.9 and shows RRFP outstanding. I sent an inquiry email to CIC on Dec. 23 and never got a reply.

Do you think I should send another inquiry email plus the receipt to CIC?
