I'm march applicant..my time line is on left.status updated to in process on dec 7th.

Where r the ppr's???

No ppr after nov 28.may be will get end of this month..before xmas or before new year..
Usually cic does so..if all month nothing then probably end of the month they send bunch of.
Pray and sit tight..

My medicals were requested back on 23rd Sept

I went and got everything done on Nov7th

still haven't heard back yet about RPRF?

should I be concerned?

I think you should wait bit more , Rest you can always order GCMS notes and if ELIG is passed you are good .

Good news this morning.

CIC reply to my email for the confirmation of Passport received / Visa stamping.

replied ' Please be advised that your passports were received and the Visa is printed. Its in queue now to be mailed back to you.'

My timeline is :

Application received : March 11, 2014.
AOR : March 28, 2014.
Medical Request : Sep 20, 2014.
Medical Send : Upfornt May 20, 2014 (for some reasons it was not linked to my application)
Again did medicals by Nov 3, 2014 and it was received by CIC within a week.
RPRF : Upfront by November 13, 2014.
Ready for Visa / PPR : Nov 26, 2014.
Passport Send : Nov 28, 2014.
Passport Reached : Dec 1, 2014.

Waiting for passport to be mailed.

Got my Passport and COPR 15 mins before. Last letter is missing in 'Place of birth' of my copr. is that really serious / the problem with printing length of the place? Seniors pls advise me. thanks.

Just joined the forum. My wife and I applied for PR under CEC in March.
Application Received date: 20th March 2014
Can I please be added to the Excel sheet?

Also, the status on CIC website still says - Application Received

Is it normal to take this long? I have a couple of friends who applied in April and they received their MRs.
I am assuming the delay is due to my wife and I applying together. Is it possible?

Last question, how will I be notified about my MR? (E-mail or Post)
I don't think I chose a paper or e-notification option but I received my File number via e-mail.

Any information will be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I applied for GCMS Notes last week.

Here is my situation - received reply from CIC on my passport n copr status.
I need some advice on my situation here.

I followed up with CIC with an email yesterday abt my return tracker (i sent a canpost overnight priority prepaid one instead of xpresspost) and asked if I need to send another envelope and status of my visa printing.

I got a reply today morning from CIC that says "Good day,Your passport and COPR were sent out yesterday by Canada express post, tracking # XXXXX".
The tracking num is same as the overnight priority envelope i got from canadapost.

Now I checked Canadapost tracking system and it says "Unfortunately, the number you entered is not in our tracking system."

The pp n copr will be sent to vancouver bc to my lawyer and now I dont know what to do, as canadapost has no info on the tracking.

Can anyone advice me what to do in this situation

Apply for GCMS notes and you will know whats going on with your file. But note your GCMS will take approximately 30 days to arrive, keep faith.

Finally landed - Today

Hi Guys,

Finally my journey came to an end, I did inland landing today at Etobicoke office and became permanent resident of Canada

My whole journey with CIC was smooth without any hurdles, I should say this forum rocks without which i would not have landed easily today.

My big thanks to all those who gave me your valuable suggestions and guidance. I will be here to answer for those in need with whatever information or experience i have gained in this journey.

Thanks to one and all.

All the best for those who all waiting i am sure you will hear good news this christmas or 2015 may bring you all happiness and luck.
