Do they require fingerprints to everyone? I don't remember I sent it with my application.

I don't think they ask for everyone but I thought it was just better for me to include to avoid any delays at that time lol

oh my god.. our files are still sitting in CIO?
do they ever finalize application at CIO?

I think it must be CPP-O to finalize all the applications

Probably we l get our PPR in February 2015...
My file was received on 24th March 2014 and I have been IP from more than 2.5 months now.

Almost same timelime with you. I am guessing the CIC officers figure out a lot of ppl need passport to travel during Xmas so they postpone the PPR to 2015.

if that's true, I am pretty sure there are lots of people who would be mad about it since they cancelled their tickets to travel over this stupid delay 8)
