I got my AOR and In process since sep 16, i am married but i am applying for myself only no dependent included. any help would be appreciated.

It's funny because they are not giving IP to April applicants at all yet. It looks like they wanted to finish before year end but the wait is unpredictable..
hope to see some changes this week/next week if we want to land before year end...........

I would complain if I wasn't getting IP too but if they were going to drag IP to DM crazily long like this, I wonder why would they put people into IP in first place...

From my understanding IP is like really last step to wrap up everything to make final decisions for DM

First of all thanks for reply vicky and i am confused regarding this question in that question they also asking about spouse but my spouse is back in home country and none of these terms apply to her but she is dependent on me in P.R file and i am on PGWP only one term apply on me now which is i applied for permanent residence and eligible for P.R staus? you said Go for yes.

I just turn into the 7th month, yet still waiting for IP!

I cannot understand why the waiting period is changed so drastically.

Good luck to you as well! It must kill you to know to be really close to the end of the process and don't have any news for...how long? 6/8 weeks now?

Anyway, complaint doesn't help, so just keep my fingers crossed!

yeah it's becoming 2 months now and I think at this point, Feb/march will be getting PPR at same time as they batched out PPR to both of DEC/JAN together.

one another thing,

I just got an email back from my MP offices and they told me they can't do the inquiry for me since I am not even passed 17months of regular processing time lol.
I gave up at that point. anyhow fingers crossed for you too as well. Something tells me this month could be it

I am not sure if CEC process time is related to PNP processing time...tons of CEC March applicants received PPR yesterday.. maybe they can move on to FEB/MARCH PNP after them........

I am not sure but in the past when you can get nomination in a month, PNP was considered much faster than CEC since PNP doesn't need 1 year experience at all..
but in terms of actual PR processing, I think CEC is faster..

I managed to stop checking ECAS every hour (I do once a day now) but I kept on coming this forum I should quit this too lol

i think we are in a huge batch, since CEC cut 6 jobs last year and a lot of ppl switched to PNP, especially AINP. We are definitely the beginning of the huge batch. i am thinking we probably need to wait until 2015 Jan.
