what do you mean by "December applicants"? ppl who send the application package to federal CIO in Dec??

I checked today and it says starts processing 16 October. I did check on 19 but it was application received. Hope today or yesterday they changed

I'm planning to visit my Country for 2 month (Jan-Feb end) not sure if I will get PPR by that time :(

Oh I wish we can end this before new years...
at this pace end of novmber or early december would be my best bet for ppr
