Hi Guys,


Even am march applicant. I submitted my application inside Canada. So far i haven't received any news from CIC. Is this a normal?? . Is there anyone who is having same situation like mine?

I'm in the same boat. App received March 18th. No news yet. Fingers crossed it will come soon.

For those applicants who haven't heard anything from CIC, I think its best to order GCMS notes to see the status of your application. Some files that require review can be sitting there for months without any progress. GCMS will give you an idea as to why ur file is under review and maybe you can submit additional documents or an explanation letter to get things moving with your case. Just a suggestion.

For PCC it has to be original hard copy mailed to CPP-O. Others may confirm this. Just curious do you remember when your PCC was issued?

my old pcc was issued on 31 Jan 2013

and they now requested for new updated version.
