Hey aquareo, i didn't see any change in status on ecas . According to my doctor MR is uploaded/sent .
I have already applied for my BWOP as My WP exp in Jan 14

Waiting.....

Although my other friend got his MR\Bio data\landing fee request @ same time... lucky guy.

I got a question: i do not have US(states)visa to do my landing . What are other options besides going back to home country.

You don't need a US visa to complete the landing. You don't have to enter the US, you only have to leave Canada.
So if you tell the US border officer, that you're there to complete your landing, he'll give you a piece of paper and send
you back to the Canadian border.

Yes in other words.. tell them youare Flagpolling - its a term used for going out and coming back in. If your in Windosr just sit in the bus get off at the US customs and immigration, tell them your flagpolling and they will send you back on the next bus after getting your info.. :)

Congrats !! I guess you're the first March applicant !

May I know what time you got the email and visa officer code ?

Congratulations from_mumbai... you made it fianlly!!!!
Have they mention any deadline (30 or 60 days) to send the Passport. I am planning to visit India this Holiday, trying to find how much time that I can buy to send passport, if they request.

Sweet jesus, that's fast!! That's exciting news for March applicants.

Navarre was one of the people from the march/April applicants who were put through faster and all received MR over the same 2 days.
There are still people from 2012 awaiting medical requests

Yes, I'm still confused by how CIC processes applications right now.

Earlier this year, like within weeks after they applied, this group was put "in process" on ecas.
It was believed to be a pilot program whereby CIO did eligibility. The feeling was that CPP then double checked it.
I don't think I've seen evidence of this though - not sure - but it makes sense as a theory

I think this will be just a minority for march applicants, I just don't see a waive coming yet. There's still Januarys to finish.

how they take these random ones and why we will never know

These are the lucky few who got ECAS "In process" with in 10 days or so :D

I think their application went to a new officer who started working hard :P but by the time he went through 10 files, he became like others lol and slowed down.
