They need the original copy so you'll have to mail it

You have to send the original. Could you please tell me if you have any additional dependent in your application? If yes, did they ask your your dependents rcmp clearance as well?

Does anyone else find the 'check application status' on cic's website very temperamental? Some days it finds my application, other times it gives me the 'your application could not be found' message.

Hi fellow march applicants , any updates from anyone post RCMP, any medical requests ?

I'm a March applicant. Got my GCMS notes and by now nothing has been done yet except for criminality in progress. Trying to compare my status with other members but I find it frustrating, almost impossible, cause ppl post in wrong threads, open new threads for existing subjects, ask questions already answered zillion times and post irrelevant comments. This just makes it so hard to find the information you're looking for. Would like to encourage all other March applicants to order GCMS notes so that we can compare them and see how fast this is going, what can be expected and when approximately. Thanks

Nothing much is happening with March so you have no need to panic. The only 2013 apps that have been processed at all are those who are NOC 2174 (on demand list).

Hi JSM are you sure about the 2174 processing , because I am an 2174 too but i dont see any faster processing at my end =(

I'm sorry what does 2174 stand for?

2174- Computer programmers and interactive media developers
We have noticed that people working in these jobs are getting processed faster for CEC PR as per the 2013 trend

from_mumbai - my ECAS shws "Application Received"

2174 - is the NOC code btw.

Kept an Eye on this forum to see how everyone's PR was going and just wanted to share the following:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 18, 2013.

We started processing your application on April 30, 2013.

Rec'd Medical request today (Oct 10th) by email. (looking for a good Ottawa doctor if anyone could let me know)

Applying under NOC 1111

Ironically I I emailed my lawyer today re bowp and to my surprise, she received my mr 5 mins before!!!
