To: Brothers and sisters who spent years to get there process done but still suffering the waiting game.

Dear brothers and sisters, everything has its beginning… And It's End, hopefully this waiting game will be over One day, I believe that this waiting has its beauty, but not everyone sees its beauty side, try to realize the beauty side of this waiting game and appreciate it. It also has its wonders even darkness and hopelessness but there is a happy and fruitful ending waiting for you in reward, don’t lose hope, be patent and never gave up. It is a hard game, play it to the best that you can, put all your efforts and struggle to win this game. YOU ARE SO solid, tough and strong that this waiting game would never make you puny, weak and desperate; you are the toughest person and hopelessness would never take you over. Allah will definitely Help us and give us a live full of joys and happiness together with our live partners.

Hello to all March Applicants

Most of you might remember me. I am messenger (AKA Tom) from February 2013 thread. I feel very connected to all my friends here in March and I do drop by from time to time to read your good news (despite the strike)
But Lately I find this more hard to do as every time I enter the thread I can hardly read anything because the language being used here is Tagalog.

As you all know these forum is open and full of diverse and lovely people from every part of our beautiful planet. But not everyone is a Filipino here! :) (although I love hearing Tagalog in real life because its like music to my ears) it is very hard for me and I am sure for many other Non-Filipino members to understand the meaning of any message here!

Filipinos are blessed as they are mostly bilingual (English and Tagalog) and so far I have never met one that doesn't speak English. I know because I lived with them many many years and I am also related to Filipinos. (I have a Filipino Godchild)

I come from a country that we are not taught English as a second language and I learned my English mostly in the street. Here in this forum and threads except Greeks (like me :D ) there are Swedes, Fins, Dutch, Italians, German, Austrians, Pakistanis, Kenyans, Americans, Canadians, Albanians,Croatians, so just imagine that if we started speaking to each of our country people in our own language there would be a modern Babel!

I am sure that there are many threads in this forum that are language specific and Pinoy's are the most popular.

You are entitled to of course continue using your own language as this is an open forum but then one by one other people from other nationalities will start making less and less frequent visits here as this forum has been a second home to many of us!

If my message is offending to anyone here, I humbly apologize as I was not meant to be insulting to anyone and especially to my good friends! Most of you by now already know me!

Regards

messenger

Hi Tom:

We agree with you.

We are March applicants too, but we found this forum hard to understand. Every time we enter the thread we hardly read anything because the language being used here is not English (If we are all Spousal Sponsorship applicants, why not write all in English). We all be required to have an English proficiency when we get accepted to go to Canada. Start practicing now here, or try and learn English slowly by using this resource.

How would you like it IF I just communicate in Spanish and you could not understand what I was saying?

Please be respectful.

Regards

Cbn Cdn ;D

Thanks for the reminder Tom. :) I guess some of us miss the part that this forum is not exclusive for Filipinos. But I agree, we should consider everyone who reads this thread. :)
