I think they would take this into consideration. A friend got his PR faster then most because his wife was pregnant. Plus on the forms it does ask if your spouse is pregnant so my guess is they factor that in. My friend did have a lawyer and claimed the lawyer had connections that gave him priorety but i dont know how much truth is in that. They claim on the CIC site that it doesnt help.atinder said:Hi

If not, than i will have to wait back here in India. Normal processing time is 10-11 months. Is there any chance, if embassy can consider it in a special case and cooperate by immigrating my spouse. It will be difficult for me to start all over again in Canada. I wish to go and start my business there in Canada without any further delay, but need assistance and cooperation.
