i have a problem on my mailing address. incomplete kasi yung address na nakalagay sa ecas ko..hindi nakalagay ung province pero andun naman ung zip code. i have already emailed cic to change my address pero wala pa akong nakukuhang reply.. by the way im the applicant, makaka cause kaya ng delay ?baka hindi makarating sa kin ung ppr

Hi thyreece congrats dumating na PPR mo, ask ko lang bukod sa PPR are there other requests like AOM etc? Medyo malapit na matapos March, next in line kaming April. Hope within this month din kami maka receive ng ppr ;D

Just done my CFO seminar sa Cebu and I make a summary sa ginawa ko fresh pa kasi xa sa isip ko baka makatulong din sa hindi pa nag CFO

CFO Guidance and Counseling Attendance Certificate Requirements

1. Birth Certificate (NSO) Original and Photocopy
2. Marriage Contract (NSO) Original and Photocopy
3. Your Passport (Photocopy Front and Back only)
4. Visa Original and photocopy
5. Divorce Decree (For Divorce hubby)
6. Hubby's Passport (Photocopy Front and the entry date in the Philippines)
7. Hubby's Birth Certificate
8. Hubby's Legal capacity to marry
9. 2 valid ID with picture Original and Photocopy
10. P250 Fee (Better prepare the exact amount)
11. Guidance and counseling forms will be given after the orientation.

CFO Sticker/Guidance and Counseling Certificate

1. 2 Photocopy Passport (Front and Back)
2. Photocopy of Visa (Include your dependent Child if applicable)
3. Photocopy of COPR (Include your dependent Child if applicable)
4. Original and photocopy of Guidance and counseling attendance certificate (Blue color)
5. Emigrant Registration Form (Available online or you can get at the CFO office)
6. P 400 Fee (Another P400 for your Dependent Child if applicable)
7. 1 Passport size picture for the dependent child in applicable
8. Just secure another photocopy of your valid ID too if needed because it is written in the tarpaulin
outside the CFO office...

My experience
• Woke up by 4:30am to prepare
• Go to the seminar area (SMEF-COW Cebu in front of UCPB Bank Gen. MAxilom Ave. besides Cherry building stayed in Gran Prix Hotel P54 for the taxi fare) 5:30am
• Arrive so early but still im on priority number 2 (Only 15 persons everyday)
• Wait in line (standing) till 8am to open the office
• Call out name by priority number for the chair arrangement, form distribution, payment and picture so better early
• Fill up the form (Ask hubby about his information)

• Go to the CFO office (Old DFA Sto Niño Cebu)
• Prepare your requirements
• Fill out the form or fill it out ahead (I have a form copy too send me an email if you want to see)
• Pay the P400
• Wait a little
• Sticker on the passport
• Done! Finish it around 3:30PM
