Just the # listed on their website. I would suggest everyone over 90 days to give them a call since the website says 82 days now. If they say call us after 3 weeks, you can tell them that people in mid-march have started receiving approvals and see how they respond to that. But be polite! you don't want to piss them off so close to your potential processing window!

Good luck. I plan to call them if I don't hear anything after 9o days...sitting at 87 right now. If this was not enough, New Dehli Office just increased its processing times from 6 months to 8 months!!! I am so dissapointed. Hopefully, ND is still faster than its posten timelines contrary to CIC Mississauga which is slower than posted! lol

I called them last week after they updated processing time to 82 days, I was on 87 or something. The lady bluntly told me, it can be a calculation mistake, wait until the date you sent is posted on website.
So no sense of calling them, this is what you will hear.

True, CIC-O also seem to be loosing the steam now. I was very hopeful of hearing something last week, the way they were going in 1st week of June but after that it has come to a stand still.
It pisses me offf..... >:(
How long do I still need to wait??

sounds about right......LOL

Lets hope that all first week March and pending Feb applications are cleared this week, my heart goes out to those people. I am hoping to receive an approval by the end of this month so second stage can start. New Dehli hopefully is faster than the current posted time of 8 months!

can we not do anything about this crap and bullshit thats happening with all of us...I mean I understand the process is not easy but taking longer than posted timeframe and getting no reply from call center is bullshit.......

I really think the posted time frame that they are referring to, is if you send your application in right now. It doesn't mean if you are on day 90 it will be approved right away or just because it's reduced by 7 days means you'll get approval faster. I'd recommend sticking with whatever time frame they originally had the week you sent the package in. I believe their time frame is based on how many they currently have that they are working on, and what they forecast for the upcoming week.

Goodluck to all!

I dunno.....when I sent my app in it was 58 days and I waited 109.....so that time just is suppose to represent the average wait time....and basically has no meaning cause if you wait the 90 days they just tell you call if your date has passed with respect to the apps they are currently working on......

Yes, I agree. It seems to bear no particular meaning, really. Statistics is as good as the way it is gathered and updated. CIC doesn't seem to be very diligent with keeping and updating these records. The only time they actually use these numbers (from what I've seen on the forum here) is to tell people to call later, and 82 days and 29th of February are not a match. So basically I'll take all these numbers with a grain of salt.

correct

and now the long weekend is coming ahead.
omg
why are they doing like this?
their spouses should be away from and they should be waiting for the application process to be done
then they will understand how difficult it is
they should give family class applications priority and should complete applications on time (atleast to save their reputation)

now i feel like usa immigration is far better.
completes the process within the time frame (as far as i have experience with uscis they were really good in timeframes)

Just received AOR by email...finally after 110 days...now...am I approved or not?!?!? tick tock tick tock
