sounds very favorable..!

So shall one assume that in between e-case status changing from 'RBVO to In process', all the doc./background checks are done and once the status changes to In-process, it's all about MR/PCC only??

If so, then all applicants with RBVO status are basically on 'check and verification' process.

I initially had an impression that all sorts of checking and verifications start only after status turns 'In Process" and in the meanwhile, the file is on sort of long term leave!

Hope I am right

very true... i read a lot of blogs and found same but when it happens in my case than i understood it....well we have to found some more cases like this here....so we can be sure....guyz keep digging

Hello Friends..I got my document back from CIO..They returned the application documents after assessment. I am not eligible for the reason that I did not make it to the cap. My application was received after the cap was reached.. :'(

if you have already document ready. I think you need to apply

@bv77

My first case history is exactly same as yours...don't loose the hope...there is always thin light of hope amidst dark clouds which eventually becomes a thunder and flashes!

I tried again and 2nd time, I was through.
So better find another suitable category as in many professions, the job profile matches with more than 1 NOC codes

best wishes

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

If you applied as a Federal Skilled Worker on or after February 27, 2008 and before June 26, 2010 , your application will take two years or more to be processed. This is due to the fact that Canada received over 425,000 applications under this program during this period.
Unfortunately, it will take longer to process federal skilled worker applications submitted under the first set of instructions (between February 27, 2008 and June 25, 2010) than originally projected.

During this time, the department received applications for more than 425,000 people, and 144,000 of these have not yet received a decision.

This number represents more than twice the number of projected admissions under the federal skilled worker program in 2011, so many of these applicants will have to wait two years or more to be processed.

hi all, i need some advice from my seniors. i got my per on 11 april and rbvo london since 9 may. it has been so long not idea what is happenning to my file. i know there are others in the forum like naveed on the same boat as mine, but i am wondering if i can write to my vo to get some answer. I have applied through a consultant, so do you think the vo will entertain direct emails from me? if some one thinks it is worth a go, then would some one share an email for the london vo please? thanks in advance

Hey Guys, Hope you are all doing well.

I have sent my application to get PCC from Australia, So far I have not get it. and I contacted The AFP and they told you need to send another application because the cheque was not signed. I am going now to send another application.

My question is if the VO asked me to send the PCC and I didnt send it before the Due Date!? Does the VO office will give me more time as I am waiting the AFP to send the PCC !!?

Wish you all the best 8)

A lot of person requires right answer to your question....what's the way to buy more time for PCC submission/
