That may be the reason for the delay. When you receive it just let the province know that you are withdrawing the application.

Or it could be a reason for technical error as well as the column ITA status is shown as blank, before draw..it was No invitation at this time.

Just wait till the 24 hour period ends and then send a mail .

I don't know but lets hope for the best. Some people have got ITA like this and some haven't. Just hope it gets to the pool when they are sending ITA.
