Manufacturing Managers (0911)

Friends,

Can anyone help me to understand whether I will be qualified/Eligible as a Manufacturing Engineer (0911). Since my roles and responsibilities exactly suits the same. Please find the below break up for better understanding:

Completion of secondary school - 2003.
Diploma in mechanical engg - 2003 to 2006.
Worked as junior engineer - 2006 to 2008.
Bachelor of Engineering - 2008 to 2011.
Working as Engineer - 2011 till now.

BOTH OF MY EXPERIENCE EXACTLY SUITS WITH THE DUTIES OF A MANUFACTURING MANAGER MENTIONED IN NOC-2011.

I have Reference Letter for all these Experience. But I worried that in the NOC list it mentioned that 5 to 10 years of experience required.

I have cumulative of 5 yrs but in which 2 years is after my diploma and 3 years is after my Bachelors degree. Will they consider it as 5 years or 3 Years?

In a outset am I eligible to apply as a Manufacturing Manager ( 0911) ?

You qualify.

If both stages of employments are full time,it will be counted
as 5yrs.

Do you have your IELTS result and ECA Report ready?
If yes,just complete the necessary forms and submit accordingly.

where is it written that you need a minimum of 5 years work experience for 0911 NOC ? ?

If you go into the noc code 0911 specifications, it shows you should have atleast 5-10 supervisory experience.
In my case, I joined the company as a supervisor on Feb 2010 and I was promoted to the rank of Production QA/ QC Asst Manager on 2011 till present. Can I apply for NOC 0911 considering many of my duties match the job requirements for the Manufacturing Manager???

Yes you can apply once you can perform the functions in the lead statement
and at least 60-70% of the main duties of a manufacturing mgr.

Hello guys, i want to know if i apply under 0911 .

In myactual Job since June June 2013 as productivity Coordinator my main duties are:

Implement and share weekly progress report of the expenditure of the plant.
Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor and equipment to meet production targets.
Generate master production plan based on demand, according to lines capacities and efficient change overs and maintenance.
Ensure project results Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt and kaizens.
Create the base to give monthly indicators (Lines efficiency, Raw materials efficiency) as shown in SAP.
Generate and share weekly and monthly Report for KPI’s, including, cost analysis of production (Direct Cost and MOH), to assure the objectives are being reached.
Managing agenda of all productivity projects during the year.
Manage information systems, formulas and material master plant (PP Module SAP Key User).
Generates and sends Regional Production reports

And from january 2012 till june 2013, as production coordinator:

 Compliance plan as required by production planning, and quality standards required.

 Monitoring process flow of the assigned area

 Responsible of GMP

 Implementation of improvements in production lines (Compilation and analysis of data, (kaizen events and HPT)

 Control and management of the area indicators (Down time, efficiency, turn-over, absenteeism etc.)

 Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques.

Before that i used to be dispacher and warehouse supervisor , for 2 years


Can i apply under Noc-0911???

Just ensure you capture the lead statement of the NOC please.
