Hi everyone,
I am also Pinoy. We submitted our application last August 28 and still waiting...so far, the previous draws are for strategic recruitment only. My husband is the principal applicant, he is now working as a restaurant supervisor in a cruise ship. Our sponsor is his first-cousin in Winnipeg.
Let's share info and hopefully get through this migration processing requirements
Are you familiar with EXpress Entry?? Can one have an express entry application and MPNP application at the same time?
Just exploring options. Salamat!!!

Once you get to the federal stage of your immigration application, you can avail of pre-arrival services by any of the 24 authorized organizations in Canada. The Immigrant Centre Pre-Arrival Centre is one of those 24, but it is also the only one that is 100% specific to Manitoba, and provides services and communication in tagalog. I am a graduate of this program in 2017 and I can vouch that it helps me 100% in my employment as I got a job offer before arrival as a Lead Electronic Technician. My employer was so impressed (not my first interview was done through Skype, while I was still outside of Canada and I had my 2nd interview when I arrive) he said, seems I'm not a newcomer .... this is all because of SOPA- Settlement Online Pre-Arrival. I also informed my employer about the program and he contacted the coordinator of SOPA. Kababayan, register now and you will be prepared on your job search at www.arriveprepared.ca
