Please I want to know if it is ok for.me to submit my fixed Deposit certificate that I just fixed last week. Will it not be considered as too new. Ór should I wait till it is over three months old before I submit online in the Manitoba foreign workers program? Please advise me. Thanks

My advice will be to always provide fresh or new Balance certificate. Show the latest financial statements.
