Hey, i want to know how long winnipeg immigration office is taking to process for PERMANENT RESIDENCE files?
As my file got transfer to local office and its been already 28 months. I applied in October 2018. I tried to contact Cic but they are saying delayed due to covid.
Please is there any information regarding this please reply.
