Manitoba PNP - Skilled Worker Overseas Stream – Human Capital Pathway

Hi all,

I am eager to apply for ‘Skilled Worker Overseas Stream – Human Capital Pathway’ because below connections to Manitoba are not mandatory__seems best fit for me
Connections to Manitoba

1. A close relative, who is a permanent resident or Citizen of Canada, is an established resident of Manitoba and has been residing in Manitoba for at least 1 year.
   
2. Previous work experience of at least 6 months in Manitoba.
   
3. Completed post-secondary education of 2 years or more in Manitoba.
   
4. Completed post-secondary education of 8-12 months in Manitoba.
   
5. A friend in Manitoba who is a permanent resident or Citizen of Canada, is an established resident of Manitoba, has been residing in Manitoba for at least 1 year and is not currently supporting the settlement of another individual through the MPNP nor any other immigration program

Thus I have created Express Entry but unfortunately Web Site is not allowing me to Submit EOI because of below Validation Error
"If you are not currently working in Manitoba, you must have at least one connection to Manitoba specified."

Please guide me how to proceed... and also why some connection to Manitoba like "Regional Immigration" is not showing although it is mentioned in Eligibility Page (https://www.immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/swo/swo-eligibility/#swo-e3)


Note:
I am not eligible to check any 'connections to Manitoba' means all are NO for my EOI

Hi!
unfortunately connection to Manitoba it is Mandatory, you can´t apply if you dont have a relative/friend in Mainitoba or previous work or study.
