(on behalf of my friend)
hi,
i recieved a Procedural fairness letter (PFN).
reason provided in letter = fail to demonstrate a long term full time job with a valid work permit.

while applying, i did provide a valid job letter and valid work permit. but my work permit was expired after some months and i got a new work permit. can i say that i recieve pfn letter due to expired work permit?

i wanted to check how common is this PFN letter to recieve in such case and can i be hopefull that i will get positive response after providing asked documents, in my case Work permit?
What is the success rate?

Please advise.

A PFL is an intent to deny your application. They are not common. They are only sent when IRCC plans to refuse your application and is giving you an opportunity to argue why the application should not be refused. Have you switched employers?

No, i never switched employers. It is the same since beginning.
Only thing happened was that my work permit got expired after i applied and which i got renewed successfully later.
