Manitoba pnp.. Out of province graduate

Hi guys has anyone who studied outside Manitoba gotten PNP nomination from Manitoba recently or know of someone who has, the website says out of province graduate can work for a year and apply for PNP nomination.... How easy is it to get Nomination for out of province graduate?

If you can work in manitoba more than a year, it wont be so bad for your nomination approval. I will be in manitoba after I get an acceptance letter, but I have to change my study permit. We can be friend if you come to manitoba.

I have a friend who got his pnp from manitoba and he was a full time student in Ontario.
so its not that difficult.
