Manitoba PNP for international Graduates

Manitoba provincial nominee program- I just finished one year post grad diploma in Manitoba and in the process of applying jobs and waiting to apply for post graduation work permit (My program was one year long). Since new changes to Manitoba PNP I don't understand following questions:

1. What requiremets should the company meet if I have to apply for PNP later on based on that job?
2. What documents should company apply for before offering me job? (LMIA, LMO, IMP, COMPLIANCE PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP AND FEE?)
3. What documents should company give me when I have to apply for PNP? (Specific document names)
4. When I have to apply for PNP do company has to apply for somethings as well?

Hello Everyone,

My sister is currently studying in Vancouver and would like to apply for the PR from Manitoba.

I was wondering if it's possible for a graduate of "any" canadian university to apply for PR from Manitoba under Manitoba PNP program. Additionally, I am also not sure if like other provinces in Manitoba to be eligible for PNP the job has to be in one of the NOC category (0, A or B?)
