Hi Mansef/Rogers,

So did you guys just applied to tourist visa without invitation letter? What is your Visa Office?

Unfortunately in my case they didn't issue me the visa due to unavailability of invitation letter... It is very hard to get tourist visa from India...

TIA

In my case, my immigration lawyer made an inivation letter for me to Canadian Embassy attached to TRV application. If you need, I can have my lawyer arranged it for you. (my e-mail: dkhiem@gmail.com)

Hi Seniors,

Can you please share some tips to apply for exploratory visit?

My details are below:

IELTS - 7 in each.
Networth - $800,000
Bank balance - $150,000
Investments - $200,000
Experience - 15 years in management and business ownership
Eductation - B.Com.
Relative in Manitoba - Uncle

I applied for exploratory visit but got denied as there was no invitation letter from province, but province doesn't provide letter for this program.

Any tip is much appreciated!

Is the exploratory trip must? What the chances of getting selected in the pool without the trip?

Still, you need to conduct exploratory visit

I think what Blueshan advised seems better option for you as you have nothing to loose- You only can try..

I have conducted Exploratory visit on Nov, 2015. I have got 5 years multiple entry tourist visa for my whole family back in 2014 which will expire in 2019. ( they have given me visa probably i have travelled 3 times in Canada and travelled all over the world always). However, my visa were not related to exploratory visit. Yes, you are right, getting canadian tourist visa is really difficult not only form NDVO but also from all 3rd world countries.

Thanks Guys!

You are right, it is worth a shot, so I will try to go via consultant this time that BlueShan suggested...

Wish me luck! :)

Hi Experts,

I've been watching this forum for a while and this is my 1st post. I got a PAN last Wednesday about my business intent and the program request a reply and documentation before or on 18 April next Tuesday.

The Pan, basically says on the business intention it allocate too much money on residential property or vehicle. Is this kind of PAN normal? This is not the PAN expected, I thought it would be something like asking me provide management experience support documentation or something pertaining Tax.

I hire agency to handle my case from beginning, but I am upset they let this happen. Anyone got a PAN please share your experience, thanks.

In order to assess your eligibility, I would suggest these options:

1. Review the Program Eligibility yourself
2. Hire a reputable agency to do it on your behalf

There is a very little change to be successful in MPNP-B without exploratory visit. The reason is- current minimum points to become qualify is 85.. If anyone misses 15 points from exploratory visit than he/she must achieve all points from other criteria in point grid system which is difficult but not impossible.

Guys, below r my time lines

Exploratory trip - Feb 2017
Submission of EOI- Feb 2017
LAA - Feb 2017
Application submission- April 2017
Application receipt- May 2017

Guys, is it compulsory to I get PAN before interview? I noticed 2months duration (from previous post) after application receipt confirmation.

@visitor

I suggest u conduct an exploratory trip to boost ur scores.

I did my first EOI in 2015, my self assessment score was 68, I thought I was fine since I'm above average. Waited for a whole year no response for LAA.

The least score for 2016 was 83, if I'd conducted Exploratory trip before my EOI submission I wld have added 15 points to my score, then I would have have probably found myself within the 83 points pool.

I had to start all over again by first conducting an exploratory trip, thereafter submit my EOI and I got my LAA within 2 working days.

Hence, I strongly advise conducting exploratory trip for this stream

Hello!
I have almost the same date like yours, trip in April 2017
EOI - April 2017
LAA April 2017
Application submitted on July 11, 2017
Application received (Acknowledgment letter) on July 19 2017.
From what I have been reading everyone got a PAN followed by an interview.
