MANITOBA PNP - ADAPTABILITY (CLOSE RELATIVE) CRITERIA

Hello Fellow & Experience Rich Members,

As you rightly assumed, I am here to enquire about documentary evidence requirements to establish close relative relationship.
Do not judge me, my intention is not to fake relationship to claim those close relative 200 points.
My case: My mother's cousin sister resides in Canada.

Now the Question arises, as my aunt is ready to sponsor,

1. Can my mother's cousin sister (my aunt) sponsor me as Close Relative ?
2. What documents shall my mother produce to prove her as my close relative ?
3. Do we need to produce originals or Notarised documents ?
4. If need arises, what is the best possible option of forging documents to prove Close relationship ?

Simply you need your aunt and mother's birth certificate. your grand parents names prove their relationship.

My mistake, Question edited, my Aunt is not my mother's real sister but cousin sister.

Can my sponsor aunt still be considered as my Close Relative or Distant relative ?

I have my Mother's- brother son at Manitoba. My mother name Surname has changed after Marriage. Can i claim him as my close relative...
