its so confusing..can someone kindly advise what is the cutoff if one has blood relative in manitoba what are minimum points required these days,
also if i don't create express entry profile and apply directly for mpnp with blood relative sponsor, can it be done.

Please stick to Winnipeg. As they will evaluate it as dubious intention to get the extra 50 points when you have no connection outside Winnipeg. 80% of rejections are based on this reason.
