I couldnt be able to access manitoba's official website to upload my docs.. tried firefox, internet explorer, goggle chrome. what to do?

Maybe your ISP or the backbone of your ISP is causing the problem. I suggest you use a proxy server or proxy software. It will help you to acces the site.

I clicked on your link and it took me to Manitoba's website. It showed a woman and a little girl on the home page with the caption "Family friendly Manitoba".

I have been able to access the website through another internet conection. earlier I was using broadband connection. now I used it through airtel. and finally got success to open the website
