Manitoba express entry.am I qualified?

I'm all confused about Manitoba immigration!!!
According to Manitoba scoring system, my wife gets 64 points which qualifies her to Manitoba express entry pool, in which she can score about 340. Should we proceed and apply or what??
I read that we must have connection to Manitoba like family or work or something, I'm really confused and don't
Help please.

Rajnazmul.. You cannot apply as the connection should have lived there for more than a year..
