Hello Asfat!

You are from what Visa Office? This is the first time that I know of somebody who was requested to undergo re-medical after it has expired. Normally, they would extend the validity of the medical report.

Can you tell us your NOC?

manila. as far as know, rule says (and as per my representative advice too) that when the applicant and its dependents medicals are expiring soon (our case) or expired before the the embassy has made a decision, applicant/dependents must take a re-medical and pass the test (again) before they will make a decision (visa approval).
