hello guys pa join sa forum! were planning to land this june 30 since yung hubby ko nasa canada as a worker worried lang ako baka hanapan kami ng POF sa toronto since dependents lang kami and wala akong perang dala, what will be the best answer kaya na pwede ko sabihin sa immigration officer if ever hanapan kami ng POF? may mga naka experience na ba dito same sa situation ko need ur help guys thanks!

Di ka hahanapan ng POF ondang2 lalo na if they see that you are under provoncial nominee. One thing to take note of is your husband has to land first before you can either at a local CIC office or thru flagpoling sa US-Canada border crossing. Kami hindi hinanapan ng money kasi they know we are not the principal applicants. Advise ko is bring a bit of money kahit $100 lang in case may need ka bayaran at the airport sa Toronto. Ako kasi I paid $40 sa Westjet connecting flight ko because magkaiba free baggage allowance ng Cathay and Westjet. Sa Cathay 2 pcs. pwede i-check in while with Westjet isa lang kaya I had to pay excess, $20 each bag namin ng daughter ko then add pa sales tax.

hello!!! to those who already landed,is it ok if i bring cash and bankdraft in US currency ?meron din bang US dollar account ang nova scotia bank na inooffer,since in US dollar ang dala kong bankdraft and cash.or r they going to convert it into canadian dollar kung wala sila dollar acct upon clearing ng bankdraft?


regarding s skul records ng mga kids,latest report card lng b ang requirement for enrolment or klanagn trancript pa?in my case tapos lng ng 2nd yr HS daughter ko.

how about d immunization record,ok lng b certification from pedia or klanagn ung original record pa ang dadalhin?kasi ung pedia ng anak ko wala na, at close n ang clinic.ung baby book nman naanod na nung ondoy :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

If ayaw talaga, the report card na lang anyway the kids will be assessed prior to starting school to know what their level is sa Canadian standards and if they need ESL classes.

As for the immunization records, what I did was prepare a certificate listing the vaccines my daughter already had and then I had it signed by the pedia.

Baka sakali pumayag ibigay sa iyo kasi di naman magrerequest ang schools dito from the Philippines pa hindi ba. ESL/EAL, English as Second Language/Additional Language.
Most schools have that program since there are a lot of immigrants here in Canada na hindi first or official language ang English. It sort of helps students integrate better.

ang application b ng govt health insurance ginagawa upon landing s immigration?
