yes buffalo kami! na medical kami last feb 2, 2011 sa nationwide ok naman walang naging problema mabilis make sure lang dala ninyo yung immunization record ng mga bata, then after 2 months april 2011 PPR na kami, ka susubmit lang namin nung passport this may 17 sa buffalo then yung return envelop na track ko na so wait ng mr. ko sa canada yung mga passport namin by the grace of god baka tomorrow niya ma receive yung mga passport namin tnx

We had our medical last May 24-25 sa Medical Art, Cebu Doctors, Cebu City. First Day was urine, xray and HIV. Second day was physical check. In the physical exam, may mga medical questions and at the same time, physical check up
