MANILA VISA - PPR - What address to send to?

My wife received her PPR and there are 3 different addresses. We do not know which address to send to.

From your experience, which address did you send it to? Here's the addresses we got:

i believe they've indicated that on the letter where to send the document. unless, it's not stated and u r waiting for the visa, this document should go to the VO.

No, she didn't.

And I did not understand your response. Which of the 3 choices should we send to? It does NOT say in her PPR where to send it.

number 3 Trust me I mailed mine in that address and SG Beronia received it just like everybody else.

didn't i mention about sending it to VO (visa office)? what I meant is if you are to send something to the Canadian Embassy in Manila and it's regarding your wife's passport, then it should go to VO since they're the one who's gonna issue the visa. you only send something to family reunifcation if it's regarding a missing document or any document that would prove that your relationship is not hoax.
