Hello guys,
Sorry, most posts here are spousal and have Upfront Medical Exams. I didnt do Upront because we are not sure if our application will push through.
My sponsor got an email saying she's approved to sponsor and that my Application has been forwarded to Manila Visa Office.
At the bottom of the first page of the attachment on the email it says:
Requirement for Medical Examination
If your sponsored relative(s) has (have) not already done so, your relative(s) must provide an original
Upfront Medical Report form (IMM1017B UPFRONT) signed by a Panel Physician or an E-Medical Upfront
Medical Notification information sheet. Your relative(s) must complete the medical examination
and, once completed, forward this information directly to the visa office noted above along with a copy
of this letter. Your application has been transferred to the visa office noting this deficiency. Your relative
must forward the medical information directly to the visa office to allow continued processing of his/her
application. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible refusal of your relative's application.
IOM and St. Lukes forwards the medical directly to the Embassy is that correct?
1) Will they forward my Medical directly to Manila Embassy?
if yes, should I print the email we got to attach on our medical so they are aware that our application has been forwarded here already?
2) or Are we allowed to directly forward our medical ourselves as stated on the email?
Sorry totally confused here.
Sa mga Manila VO please help...
